Shipping

  • All orders are sent out within 4 working days of ordering. Most are sent out within 1-2 working days after the order date, but it can take longer during busy periods. 

  • There are various shipping options which range in price and timescale, all of which can be chosen at checkout.

  • Made-to-order items will take longer; please see the individual item description for their dispatch dates. 

  • imogen melissa currently ships to the UK, Canada, UAE and Australia. If you would like to purchase something from imogen melissa but live outside of these countries, please get in touch to discuss this. Send me an email at imogenmelissa@hotmail.com. 

  • Shipping to the EU and the USA has been suspended due to new tariffs (USA) and shipping regulations (EU). Shipping to the EU & USA will resume once these new regulations and tariffs are understood. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience.


UK Shipping 

  • All orders are posted using Royal Mail, postage is decided upon the weight and price of the item/items in the order.

  • All orders are sent using either Tracked 48 Hour or Tracked 24 Hour Royal Mail shipping. You can select your preference at checkout.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery is also available for orders which need to arrive the next day. This is a premium delivery option and is reflected in the prices, but ensures your order arrives the next day with tracking.

International Shipping 

(Asia, Canada, Australia & UAE)

  • Shipping to the EU and the USA has been suspended due to new tariffs (USA) and shipping regulations (EU). Shipping to the EU & USA will resume once these new regulations and tariffs are understood. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience.

  • All orders are posted using Royal Mail; the postage rate is decided upon the weight and price of the item/s in the order. Tracked shipping is available and advised for orders going outside of the UK. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them.

  • All orders being shipped outside of the UK will take 5-20 days to arrive. Please be patient with the post as delays abroad are very common.

  • Different postage rates apply to different items; this will all be calculated at checkout.

  • All orders sent to the UAE are sent with DHL as this has proven to be the most reliable delivery method.

Refunds and Returns 

  • Returns are accepted in the case of faulty or damaged products. If an order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact me at imogenmelissa@hotmail.com as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue so I can appropriately address it for you. If I’m not contacted within 14 days of delivery, I am unable to take responsibility for the damage.  

  • I take my very best care to ensure your orders arrive as safely as possible, but accidents can happen in transit, and I will do my best to resolve these for you. 

  • I do accept exchanges as long as the products are returned in their original condition.

  • As a small business, imogen melissa cannot cover the cost of returning items, with the exception of those that are faulty or damaged. If you are unsure about a product or have any issues, please send me an email at imogenmelissa@hotmai.com and we can chat about it.
