August Bead Box
The very last monthly bead box is going out with a bang! August’s monthly bead box is a bumper bundle of glass floral beads and sequins in a beautiful rainbow palette, all on a soft yellow linen.
The box contains a 6-inch embroidery hoop (the biggest ever used in any imogen melissa kit/bead box), giving you plenty of space to play with all the floral beads and sequins. I promise it’s not as daunting as it sounds!
The combination of materials is in a rainbow palette, squeezing out the last of the sunny summer colours.
Please note that there are no instructions in the monthly bead box. These boxes are aimed at customers who have completed an imogen melissa kit before, or are confident beginners with beaded embroidery.
There will be an Instagram live on Thursday, the 28th of August, where Imogen will run a stitch along. She will bead part of the 6-inch hoop and chat you through the process. You’re able to ask any questions here, too. Bring your box to bead and chat the evening away!
To have everything you’ll need to dive straight into this box, you just need to add a set of beading needles. You can add either a short, split or long beading needle to the box, head to the drop down menu below to add.

12 bead/sequin packets (9 seed bead & 3 sequin packets)
1 bag of mixed floral sequins
1 10g bag of mixed floral glass beads
1 square of pale yellow (8×8 inches)
1 pale yellow beading thread
2 meters of pale pink yarn
1 meters of bright pink yarn
1 6-inch embroidery hoop
Each bead bag contains 4g of seed beads, while the sequins contain 1g.
